“Kawasexy”, Human Motorcycle Series 2014
Photograph (Color Pigment on Hahnemuhle German Etching)
Signed and Numbered
This optical illusion work explores the human body as a sculptural medium. Rather then casually objectifying women through industry driven sexualization, the women teasingly becomes the consumer good. This is the ultimate symbol of allowing the things that we own to own us. The series was transitional and inspired a larger series that has performed in museums called "Objectified". It is one of four human motorcycles in this series.
